This 56 year old patient came in to see me for a Breast Augmentation Revision. She experienced a capsular contracture with her silicone implant, so I performed an explant of her current implants, a capsulectomy and re-implanted 400 cc moderate plus, silicone implants. These are her results just 2 weeks post-operative. The scarring around her left areola will heal significantly over the next few months.
