Patient presents with extremely thin skin sagging and minimal volume in her breast. After consultation the plan was to utilize a breast lift with simultaneously placement of a silicone implant in a submuscular position. A acellular dermal matrix was placed to increase to thickness of tissue coverage to create a more natural result.
