Presenting with notable breast asymmetry and naturally small breasts, this patient came to Dr. Jonov interested in breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Jonov recommended using two differently sized implants to account for the asymmetry. After discussion, measurements, and trying on sizers, Dr. Jonov and the patient settled on 450cc (right) and 400cc (left) Smooth Round Moderate Plus silicone implants. Dr. Jonov placed them into the submuscular position and they look great.
