Patient is a 53-year-old woman who came to us dissatisfied with excess underarm skin and tissue. She elected for a procedure known as a brachioplasty. These procedures are particularly effective at tightening loose arm skin, leading to more streamlined upper arm contours. Results are shown 3 months post-operation.
