This is a 26-year-old who wanted fuller breast and increase from an A to a C cup. On observation, I discovered that she has pectus excavatum. I was able to correct the alignment of her breasts as the right nipple was lower and the right fold was higher during the breast augmentation operation. I used a 375 cc high profile implants via the transaxillary submuscular.
