This patient came to Dr. Jonov concerned about her asymmetric breasts. She wanted to have larger, symmetric breasts and be able to have cleavage. After an examination, Dr. Jonov recommended using two different breast implant sizes to account for her asymmetry. The patient chose a 400cc Moderate Plus silicone implant for the right breast and a 375cc Moderate Plus silicone implant for the left breast. Following breast augmentation surgery at Seattle Plastic Surgery, the patient is so pleased with her results. She loves her fuller breasts and that she finally has cleavage.
