This patient came to Dr. Jonov interested in chin liposuction to enhance her facial appearance and profile. Dr. Jonov also performed a platysmaplasty, or tightening of the platysma muscle, to further improve results. The loosening of the muscle also contributed to the appearance of her neck contour.
