After completing her pregnancies, this patient desired to have surgery to reclaim her pre-pregnancy body. At 52 years of age, she visited with Dr. Jonov to discuss her options. Pregnancy and nursing had left her breasts deflated and lifeless. In addition, she had multiple layers of stretched and loose skin in her tummy area that made it difficult to wear form-fitting clothing. Healthy and at a good goal weight, she underwent a mommy makeover, which included a full tummy tuck and the placement of Allergan breast implants using 400 CCs of silicone. Using a periareolar incision through the nipple, Dr. Jonov created a gorgeous result taking her breasts from an A-cup to a D-cup, which fit naturally with her frame.
